• NOTE: The following services (any or all) are free and included in any package with the understanding that client is going for the HILLS procedure. Price includes the following items:

• Pre-arrival assessments and consultations with team members.

• Initial surgery of putting on the frames and the  removal of frames at the end of consolidation of bone phase.

• Ilizarov frame price.
• Other necessary equipment and hospital medications on the day of surgery.
•  Accommodation for ONE month including one day of hospital stay.
• Physiotherapy (one session per day two days a week) and external orthotic supports during different phases of postoperative care.
• High speed internet access.
• Full time attendant /personal assistant during one month stay.
• Airport service for pickup and send off.

Accommodation has internet access and, private attached bath and toilet. Accommodation is for the client and his or her one attendant. Extra attendants staying will require extra accommodation on extra charges. Package 2 is for one month. Service charges per month for the remaining period of management are the present package charges minus package 1. Monthly service charges has to be paid one week in advance for the following / coming month. Removal of  Ilizarov frames will be considered part of the package only when HILLSCLINIC client has completed all the phases of management till end of Limb lengthening.

• Accommodation for two months including one day of hospital stay.
• Physiotherapy (one session every third day of a week) and external orthotic supports during different phases of postoperative care.
• Psychotherapist counseling two sessions per month for four months.
• Post operative medications for infection prevention and other food supplements for muscle, bone and joint health.
• High speed internet access, desk top/laptop and color TV for the duration of three months stay.
• Airport service for pickup and send off.

Accommodation is equipped with color TV, internet access, desktop/laptop, private attached bath and toilet with private room. Accommodation is for the client and his or her one attendant. Extra attendants staying will require extra accommodation on extra charges. The Ultimate Package is for two months. Service charges per month for the remaining period of management are the present package charges minus package 1 divided by two. Monthly service charges has to be paid one week in advance for the following / coming month. Removal of  Ilizarov frames will be considered part of the package only when HILLSCLINIC client has completed all the phases of management till end of Limb lengthening.

Please note:

1. Services provided by Hillsclinic are as per packages. The patient has a choice to choose or not to use some or all of the services listed in the package during  hospital stay, however, there will be NO refund for any of the services listed if not being used by the patients themselves.
2. Once the treatment starts, there will be no refund claimed.
3. If you are  leaving hospital earlier as agreed by both parties, the maximal refund for package 1 is (4 months – months of hospital stay) x USD$1,000 per month and for package 2 is (3months – months of hospital stay).

The following services/items need to be paid as extra:

1. All personal belongings and personal consumables.
2. Extra food supplements in addition to hospital supply.
3. Special food order from hospital menu for western food.
4. Transportation fee for going out or shopping during hospitalization.
5. Special clothes for covering the external frames in summer or winter.
6. Bottled water in wards.
7. Renting DVD player or DVD
8. Service for maintaining laptop computer.
9. Visa extension service for Package B patient and for the 2nd time of Package A patient.
10. Accommodation and food costs for family members, the cost will be USD$1,000 per month per person based on two people to share a room.
11. Additional hospital stay after the 6 months free stay period, the cost will be USD$1,000 per month per person based on two people to share a room.
12. Note: Special discount may be given to patients who will stay for an extended period, this need to be discussed with and agreed by the hospital administration.
